DJ and producer softcoresoft has been playing in Montréal and internationally since 2015. A co-founder of techno label Humidex, she performed at MUTEK in 2018, and in 2017 as part of electronic duo Demora. This year's live hardware set blends techno, acid and electro with hypnotic trance and industrial sensibilities.

Softcoresoft began her DJ and producer life in 2015. In 2017, she co-curated the 43-track benefit compilation Power Puerto Rico with rave collective Lagom. Every other month, she hosts Ravelength on Montréal-based online radio station n10.as, showcasing mainly women-identified producers and selectors through guest mixes and interviews. Internationally, she has played Berlin's Urban Spree, Polygon, Barcelona's LAUT, and Norway's International Bergen Festival. Her local performances have included MUTEK Montréal (2018 and 2017 as Demora), Piknic Électronik, Igloofest, Stereo nightclub, OCTOV, Exposé Noir, Never Apart, POP Montréal, LIP and Datcha as well as countless raves and loft parties. Softcoresoft has long been a Discwoman collaborator, playing at their events in both Montreal and Brooklyn and releasing a well-received Discwoman mix in February 2018.

Following her 2018 MUTEK appearance at the RBMA Hors-Circuit event, softcoresoft is back with a brand-new live hardware set that fuses techno, acid and electro. With higher BPMs but deeper melodic content, this set draws from early hypnotic trance and industrial sensibilities, meant both as a voyage for the mind and a prompt for the dancing body.
