An extensive interdisciplinary career, including art direction for bands like Virus and Soda Stereo, reveals Carlos Alfonsín as an undeniable pioneer in our country's music scene. After he'd been frequenting the cabins of legendary clubs like Line, Rainbow, Freedom, Fire and Palladium, he decided to focus exclusively on music in 1991. He started a series of residencies including El Dorado, El Cielo, La Morocha (Córdoba), El Odeón, Morocco and even Pacha's world-famous Clubland nights in 2004. From introducing acid jazz to the country, to traverisng drum & bass and minimal techno, Carlos has always been a pioneer in every different style he set his eyes on.

NVST is a producer and DJ hailing from Lausanne's underground circuit in Switzerland, something that continues to inform her tense, physical approach to dance music. She exploits the dance floor's sense of friction and release, between precision and the unstable. This method's brought her sets through underground venues, mainstream festivals and everything in between, performing at Horst Arts & Music, Positive Education and the Montreux Jazz Festival. Her sets thread together breakbeat, techno, acid and industrial at a breathless pace, leveraging her gift for order and disarray to build an intensity that bubbles up, collapses and shifts in real time.

Dana Ruh approaches the dance floor with precision, threading the energy coming off her percussion with refined textures and deep, driving bass through the warm currents of deep house and minimal techno's delineation. From her roots in Gera to her home base in Berlin, her sound has adapted and transformed with her, never staying still. For two decades she polished her instinct for rhythmic interplay lighting up dance floor around the city; complex nets of groove, vocal fragments and dry digital claps defined her sets—her city's language through and through, reformulated with precision to create a seductive, pulsating atmosphere.

An undisputed house pioneer, Satoshi Tomiie co-produced "Tears" along with Frankie Knuckles in 1989 and hasn't stopped moving since. Taught classical piano and passionate for jazz, Sato delivers a distinctive melodic sensibility and attention to detail in every set and show. Through decades playing for the most important clubs and festivals in the world, he's always been a step ahead, threading house and techno with explorative, experimental textures. Today, over 35 years later, he's more up-to-date than ever. An undisputed leader still refusing to sit on his laurels, he continues publishing music on his Abstract Architecture label, as well as on Yoyaku, A_A, Phonogramme and 2020 Vision.
