Laura Fuchsar
Laura Fuchs is a photographer, multimedia visual artist, and educator born in Argentina.
In her projects, she integrates the study of botany with art. She uses her own video footage, which she manipulates with both analog and digital techniques to create intimate pieces within the realm of video art.
She is a part of Amplify D.A.I, a global network of women artists working in digital arts. Since 2017, she has been a co-creator of the artistic project Prifma, through which she has contributed with her installations and live visuals at events around the world.
Currently, she forms the audiovisual duo "Floral" alongside sound artist Fernanda Flores. In 2019, she participated in a Digital Art Residency at Somerset House Studios in the UK.
