On Saturday, October 4th, Artlab hosts MUTEK Argentina for a show that pushes the limits of experimentation within digital art: FORMATIONS, a collaborative project between musician, editor and conceptual artist Venice Bleach and Ristband, specialists in immersive experiences.
The result is a collective experience where participants travel through a virtual world that reacts to Venice Bleach's live show in real time, an event that promises a sneak peek at the future of music and its potential when mixed with emerging mediums.
Using a mix of artificial intelligence, game engine tech, virtual reality and live music, FORMATIONS transports the audience to a meticulously sculpted digital world. As they travel through different virtual scenes, they can still see and hear Venice Bleach's performance from within the virtual plane.
