The call for projects for MUTEK AR Edition 6, to be held in Buenos Aires from October 2 to 5, 2024, is now open.

Please note that this call is open ONLY to:

Argentine artists.
Foreign artists residing in Argentina.

International submissions will therefore not be considered.

We are especially interested in:

Original live musical performances, mainly electronic.
Innovative digital audiovisual performances that explore the relationship between image and sound.
Artworks and other types of projects that push the boundaries of digital creation or use innovative technologies.

MUTEK's vocation is to present live musical and sound performances. Therefore, DJ mixes will not be considered.

We strongly encourage applicants to accompany their proposals with video and/or audio recordings of their performances and works. The submission deadline is 31.08.2024.

With the intention of continuing our initiatives in favor of parity and inclusion, we encourage submissions from artists who identify as women or non-binary or belonging to a racialized minority and/or LGBTQIA2S+ communities or people with disabilities.
