MUTEK's signature program invites the audience to explore digital art through large-scale audiovisual performances that experiment with the relationship between image and sound.

Myriam Bleau is a digital artist, electronic music composer and performer based in Montreal, Quebec. She creates gestural electronic music performances, audiovisual interfaces, installations and interactive devices that articulate sound, light, movement and symbols. «Hypermobility» is an audiovisual performance that pairs its refined references to techno with volumetric laser projections. Hyperkinetic, synthesized patterns in constant movement and transformation are visualized thanks to a beam of light tracing sculpted planes of light onto the audience. «Hypermobility» here references both physical flexibility and the addictive, hypermobile quality of traveling: frequent trips, often over long distances, and their alarming environmental impact. An unmissable opportunity to enjoy the breadth of resources and ideas of an artist who's presented the work at some of the most renowned international festivals, including MUTEK, Prix Ars Electronica, ISEA, Sónar and Transmediale.

Claustro develops immersive installations and environments with digital and analog tech, as well as visual content, animation and camera/video effects for live performance.

Klauss is an Argentine outfit formed in 1988 that explores the aesthetic and expressive possibilities of different branches of electronic, electroacoustic and contemporary progressive music. Intense use of modular systems, digital and analog electronic equipment characterizes the project, with each performance putting on display the unusual and complex instrumentation used for compositions and jams in their studio-lab La Siesta del Fauno—one of the most important electroacoustic music studios in the world. This makes each presentation into a unique event, and each album into a reference point for the cutting edge of electronic sound art.

Martín Huberman & Studio Normal develop a practice that understands architecture and design as fields of conceptual exploration, whose work includes investigation, installations, experimental design, curation, teaching and cultural management. From platforms like Studio Normal, Monoambiente Consorcio and his independent curation work, Huberman champions projects that rethink architecture from an expansive, accessible and cultural perspective, looking to find new connections between assembled environments and daily life. His output mediates traditional architectural culture and the emerging or residual narratives that it produces, establishing a working dialogue with other artistic disciplines and cultural spaces.
