Each year the Play program, hosted at Artlab, allows the audience to discover new projects from artists both established and upcoming, local and international, in a unique and intimate environment. With a strong focus on live shows, the artists presented in this program give us a peek at the most innovative and disruptive works in contemporary electronica.

Ana Vojnov (AR) – live

Dana Ruh (DE) – dj set

Koiwa (AR) – live

SKSSS (AR) – live

Ana Vojnov is a producer, pianist, singer and sound artist initially trained in classical and jazz piano, who nowadays deepens her understanding of synthesis and production to fuse the acoustic and digital planes. Coupling her ethereal vocals with atmospheric backings and rhythms derived from breaks and IDM, she released her debut «Estados Dimensionales» in 2020, followed by «Cuerpo» (2023) and «Eléctrica» (2025). She also performed as a keyboardist in the Teatro Colón's interpretation of Blade Runner this year.

Dana Ruh approaches the dance floor with precision, threading the energy coming off her percussion with refined textures and deep, driving bass through the warm currents of deep house and minimal techno's delineation. From her roots in Gera to her home base in Berlin, her sound has adapted and transformed with her, never staying still. For two decades she polished her instinct for rhythmic interplay lighting up dance floor around the city; complex nets of groove, vocal fragments and dry digital claps defined her sets—her city's language through and through, reformulated with precision to create a seductive, pulsating atmosphere.

Koiwa is the solo project of Cristián García Laborde, cofounder, ex-drummer and synthesist of Argentine electronic outfit Lujo Asiático. He now expands on the complex rhythms and ethereal soundscapes that characterize him, doubling down on his prolificacy in the last few years through a wide variety of singles, albums and live shows. He's collaborated with artists like Isabel del Bosco, Ernesto and Lucas Romeo, Poltamento, nesoika and SKSSS.

SKSSS is a project originating from Rio Negro now based in Buenos Aires, pairing the exploration of digital textures, processed field recordings and intricate, abstract rhythms with dance floor-oriented sounds. He's published music on international labels from Ukraine, Kuwait and Canada, plus local ones like Alta Costura, Vista Recordings, Amigos de la Lima, Sonido Atmosférico, Sufrimiento Records and more.
